Products that are defective are entitled to replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s return policy. Note that some manufacturers require that the customer seek replacement with the manufacturer directly.
All damaged goods or missing item claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving the order.
A 20 % restocking fee will be applied to any returned items that are not defective. All items must have the price tags taken off. If items come back with a UPC or price sticker, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
